What exactly is SOVARA?

Yes. Starter is free forever, no time limit, no credit card required. You get 5 active clients, 25 documents, and every feature including SOVARA and churn prediction. When your roster grows past 5, upgrade to Pro. You only pay for growth.
I run a gym or studio — is this another system my staff have to learn?
No. Repstra sits on top of the tools you already run — we don't replace your bookings, turnstiles, or POS. It adds the layer they don't do: member engagement, celebrated wins, challenges, and an early heads-up when someone's drifting.
How does churn prediction actually work?
Repstra scores each client every day from real behavioural signals — compliance, check-in frequency, message and session activity, attendance, and payment status. It's a transparent model, not a black box: when those signals start drifting toward the danger zone you get a clear risk score and a suggested intervention, written in your voice, pulled from your own methodology.
Can I import my existing clients and programs?
Yes — and if you're coming from Trainerize, Everfit or TrueCoach, we'll do it for you, free. Send us your export and we migrate your clients, programs and documents so you start with your business already loaded. You can also import clients via CSV or invite them by email or link any time.
Do my clients need to pay to find me in the coach directory?
Never. The directory is always free for clients. Coaches keep 0% commission on their own clients — always. On clients we introduce through the marketplace, we take 15% of the first payment and 5% recurring: we only earn when we bring you someone new.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You keep access until the end of your billing period. If you cancel, you drop to Starter (free tier). Your documents, clients, and SOVARA stay intact. You never lose your data. You can upgrade again any time.
