Members who feel coached don't cancel.
You're billed weekly and cancellable any week — so retention is won or lost between classes, not at a renewal meeting. Repstra sits on top of the bookings and POS you already run and keeps every member engaged, celebrated and seen. The week a regular starts drifting, you know — and you know exactly who to message.

Turn your gym into a coaching business.
Your members already trust your floor — most just train on it uncoached. Repstra lets you offer real, trackable coaching to any member: programs, check-ins, nutrition and progress, delivered by your trainers under your roof. Offer it free as the retention play the big franchises can't match, or charge a small fee and the platform funds itself. A gym charging just $10 a week to 25 coached members brings in roughly $1,083 a month against a $168 bill — it pays for itself about six times over. A 900-member 24/7 gym we spoke to already has an internal PT coaching members for free, with no way to track any of it — Repstra makes that offer real, trackable and monetisable. If your front desk holds a Cert III or IV, they could even be the one doing the coaching. Mindbody, Glofox and GymMaster don't do coaching delivery. This is yours alone.
Illustrative — 25 coached members at $10/week vs the $129 base + one $39 block. Your gym's numbers will differ.
Know who's drifting while there's still time to act.
Members rarely announce they're leaving — they just stop showing up. Repstra watches the signals you can't: kiosk QR check-ins on any tablet feed each member's engagement picture, group challenges and leaderboards pull the whole floor in, and every PR gets celebrated the moment it happens. When a regular's visits drop, they're flagged in week one — not at cancellation — and every morning the SOVARA studio briefing tells you exactly who went quiet and who to message first.
Illustrative — weekly visits and check-ins per member.
We sit on top of what you already run.
You've got a bookings system. You've got turnstiles. You've got a POS that bills your members. Keep all of it — we don't replace your bookings, turnstiles, or POS. Repstra is the coaching, engagement and retention layer that sits on top: your access system pushes check-in events to a documented webhook, or you import history by CSV so the picture starts warm instead of cold. Nothing to migrate, nothing to switch off, no second system for your staff to run. (And yes, there's a revenue view if you want one — but your POS already does that, which is exactly why it isn't the point.)
Add your whole team. We don't charge per login.
Gym software that bills per seat punishes you for letting your own staff use it. Repstra includes unlimited logins with real roles: the owner sees the whole business, managers get the operational view, trainers see only their own clients, and the front desk sees a name, a photo and a check-in status — never body-composition photos or payment history. Every trainer gets the complete Repstra coaching kit, and a trainer with an existing solo Repstra account joins your studio with their own clients kept separate from yours.
One flat price. Pay for what you need, not what you don't.
$129 a month per site, flat — with unlimited staff, unlimited members on the roster, and 20 coached clients included. The only thing that ever grows the bill is coaching more members: $39 a month per additional 25 coached clients, which only happens when the gym is earning from coaching anyway — and it never goes above $399 a month: at that point you're on Studio Unlimited, with coached clients uncapped. No per-seat maths, no per-member surprises, no counting logins. For most gyms that's under 1% of revenue and less than the POS bill — and if you charge even a little for coaching, it's a revenue line, not a cost line.
The renewal grind shouldn't run on a printout.
At a typical annual-membership gym, a meaningful slice of members comes up for renewal every single month — and at most gyms the process is a printed lapse report, a phone, and a sheet of paper for ticking off who's been called. We're building the layer that replaces that grind: memberships with real end dates, a "lapsing soon" report, reminders that go out before the date arrives, and a follow-up log so nobody gets called twice or forgotten entirely. It's in build now — not live yet, and we won't pretend otherwise. What works today is the part that makes every renewal call easier: a member who's been engaged, coached and celebrated all year isn't a cold call.
Illustrative — how renewal reminders will work once shipped. Not live yet.
What would Repstra actually cost you?
Put your own roster in and see the real bill, what coaching could bring back, and how it sits against what you already spend. It'll tell you if the numbers don't stack up — we'd rather you found that out here than three months in.
This is the only thing that moves your bill — and only above the 20 included.
Drag to $0 if you'd offer coaching free as a retention play — we'll show you what that has to be worth instead.
Coaching 25 members at $10 a week brings in roughly $1,083 a month against a $168 bill. That makes Repstra a revenue line, not a cost line.

Estimate only, in AUD, using the published Studio price: $129 per site per month with 20 coached clients included, +$39 per additional 25 coached clients, never above $399 a month. Your member count is an input to this estimate and to nothing else — we bill per site and per coached client, never per member or per login, so there is nothing to gain by rounding it down. Coaching revenue assumes every coached member pays, 52 weeks a year. Renewal reminders are still in build.
Read the floor before you open it.
Every morning, SOVARA hands the owner a briefing: who went quiet, what the challenge did to check-ins, which coached members hit PRs worth celebrating. The retention work stops being a report you run — it becomes three things worth doing today, waiting with your coffee.
See it on your own gym's numbers.
Book a demo and we'll walk your floor, your roster and your maths — or start the 30-day trial and have the kiosk live before tonight's peak. Nothing to migrate, and your POS stays exactly where it is.
