Terms of service
Last updated: 23 June 2026 · Questions? support@repstra.com.au
The agreement
These terms govern your use of the Repstra app and website ("Repstra", "we"). By creating an account or using Repstra you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Your account
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time from the app.
Free app, coaching purchased separately
The Repstra app is free to use as a self-guided tracker. There are no purchases inside the app. Coaching engagements and any related payments are arranged and processed on the web (repstra.com.au) — these are real-world, person-to-person coaching services between you and an independent coach. Coaches keep their IP, their client relationships, and their revenue.
Acceptable use
Don't use Repstra to break the law, harm others, ship dangerous programming, harass, scam, infringe IP, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do, or that put the platform or its users at risk.
Health disclaimer
Repstra is a fitness and coaching tool, not a medical service. It does not provide medical, diagnostic or treatment advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist or licensed practitioner. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program. You use the service at your own risk.
Content and IP
You own the content you create. Coaches own their methodology and documents. You grant Repstra the limited licence needed to host, process and display your content to operate the service (and, for coaches, to power your AI and profile). Repstra and its software, branding and SOVARA remain ours.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repstra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of, or relationship between, coaches and clients, who are solely responsible for their dealings with each other. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including Australian Consumer Law).
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a revised date; continued use means you accept them. Questions: support@repstra.com.au.
