Repstra prices are AUD: $0 to 5 clients, $29–169 Pro to 100, $219–329 Elite. Competitor figures are published USD base prices (Trainerize ~$10–250; TrueCoach $29.98–164.98 plus $5/client beyond 50), converted to AUD at the latest daily rate ($1.00 per A$1). Comparison excludes competitor add-ons (nutrition, automation, payments), which Repstra includes.
Do you take a cut of my client revenue?+
No. 0% commission. You charge what you charge. We get paid for the software, not your work.
What counts as an active client?+
Anyone you're currently coaching: checking in, sending workouts, or messaging through Repstra. Archived clients don't count.
Can I import my existing clients?+
Yes. CSV import or one-click migration from TrueCoach, Trainerize, and Everfit. We handle the messy bits.
Is my data and methodology safe?+
Your documents train your SOVARA only. Never shared across coaches, never used to train a foundation model. SOC 2 in progress.
Do I need to use the marketplace?+
No. It's opt-in. You can run Repstra purely as a back-office tool for clients you already have.
What happens when my trial ends?+
Nothing breaks. You drop to the free Starter tier with up to 5 clients. Add a card any time to stay on Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly billing, cancel any time, export your data on the way out.
