Do you take a cut of my client revenue?+
No. 0% commission. You charge what you charge — we get paid for the software, not your work.
What counts as an active client?+
Anyone you're currently coaching — checking in, sending workouts to, or messaging through Repstra. Archived clients don't count.
Can I import my existing clients?+
Yes. CSV import or one-click migration from TrueCoach, Trainerize, and Everfit. We handle the messy bits.
Is my data and methodology safe?+
Your documents train your AI only — never shared across coaches, never used to train a foundation model. SOC 2 in progress.
Do I need to use the marketplace?+
No. It's opt-in. You can run Repstra purely as a back-office tool for clients you already have.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly billing, cancel any time, export your data on the way out.
