Do coaches here handle pre- and post-natal training?
Some specialise in it — their published methodology and certifications will say so on their profile. If you're pregnant or postpartum, message the coach first and ask about their specific experience, and loop in your medical providers; a good coach will expect and welcome both.

Both exist on the marketplace. Many coaches work fully online — you get your program, log workouts, track food and check in through the app from anywhere. Others list a location if they also train in person. Each profile says how they work.
